Dear colleagues,
Within EOSC-CSNhttps://eosc.riecs.eu/ we are constituting an Expert Group of 15 people to help to build and peer-review the Project Charter of the Node: its governance, technical architecture and operational framework.
We are looking for expertise in citizen science platforms and networks, EOSC, FAIR data, participatory research, interoperability and metadata, legal, ethics and data protection, quality assurance and validation, research infrastructure governance, and sustainability and business models. Institutional affiliation is not required — the call is open precisely because we want to reach profiles beyond our existing networks, and selection will be balanced by discipline, country and gender.
What the role involves: providing inputs, reviewing the draft Project Charter and returning written comments (around 2 working days of work), plus 2–3 online meetings of about 90 minutes between June and August 2026. The work is fully remote, in English, and experts receive a fee of €300.
How to apply — deadline 18 June 2026: send a short document (PDF or Word) to info@ibercivis.esmailto:info@ibercivis.es with your name, affiliation and country, half a page on relevant experience, the area(s) where you could contribute, and one concrete idea the EOSC-CSN should address. Recommendations of other experts or organisations are equally welcome at the same address.

EOSC-CSN runs from May to November 2026 and is carried out by Fundación Ibercivis, CIEMAT, Citizen Science Italia and Leiden University, representing Citizen Science Nederland, under the EOSC Gravity project (GA 101188045).
Best regards, Francisco Sanz Fundación Ibercivis
