* delavnice, zbiranje podatkov, dogodki, projekti zgodovine krajev, digitalizacija, znanstvena komunikacija ipd.
Lep pozdrav,

Pozdravljeni,
Povezava: https://citscicomp.limesurvey.net/284582?lang=en
Vprašalnik 2 ( > 20 min). Potrditev: Ali bi bilo potrebno vključiti določene kompetence? Pomagajte nam doseči soglasje.
Povezava: https://citscicomp.limesurvey.net/355661?lang=en
Vprašalnik 3 (> 20 min). Skupne osnove in vizualizacija: ta vprašalnik je namenjen skupnemu oblikovanju skupnih definicij in ontologije ter vizualni predstavitvi okvira.
Povezava: https://citscicomp.limesurvey.net/526488?lang=en

Zadeva: [ecsa-all] TiCS - Survey for citizen scientists
Dear ECSA members,
I am forwarding the following initiative from the Museum für Naturkunde in Berlin:
Citizen Scientists Wanted! Europe-wide survey on participation in citizen science projects and trust in science
For a Europe-wide study, we are looking for active and former volunteers from citizen science projects who are willing to share their experiences and perspectives in a short online survey (approx. 10–15 minutes).
The study examines the relationship between participation in citizen science projects and trust in science. It is being conducted as part of the collaborative project Trust in Citizen Science (TiCS).<https://www.tu-braunschweig.de/fourc/drittmittelprojekte/trust-in-citizen-s…>
Are you a citizen scientist yourself? You can participate in the survey directly via the following link: https://survey.ifkw.lmu.de/cs_europe/?r=cs
Do you coordinate a project or have you (not) yet participated? Please feel free to forward this invitation to citizen scientists in your network!
Why is this research important? Understanding how engagement in citizen science relates to public trust in science can help strengthen the design and impact of citizen science initiatives in Austria and across Europe. The insights of your volunteers are of great value to this research.
Key details:
• Target group: Volunteers who are or have been actively involved in citizen science projects
• Age: at least 18 years
• Language: German and English
• All responses will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for research purposes.
As a token of appreciation, we will raffle 10 × €50 Amazon vouchers among all participants. You will also have the opportunity to receive information about the study results after the survey is completed (expected in autumn 2026).
If you have any questions about the study or would like to find out more, please do not hesitate to contact us: Nathalie.Misch(a)mfn.berlin<mailto:Nathalie.Misch@mfn.berlin>
Who we are: The collaborative project Trust in Citizen Science (TiCS) investigates the potentials and reservations regarding trust that citizen science holds at various levels:
• How do trust relationships change within citizen science projects?
• What is the attitude of researchers towards citizen science projects?
• How does the general public respond to research findings produced jointly by researchers and citizens?
• How is citizen science represented in the media?
Involved in the project are researchers from LMU Munich, the Leibniz Institute for Psychology, TU Braunschweig, and the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin. The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR). In addition to the perspective of citizen scientists, the project also examines the perception of citizen science in society and the scientific public, as well as its portrayal in the media.
Best wishes,
--

Dear all,
Me again about the competency framework. Thank you to all of those that have emailed me about their interest in collaborating in the publication - I will get back to you early next week about the next steps.
With this email, I want to share with you 'dive in' sessions we are organising to introduce the CitSci Comp and how everyone can contribute via a survey. These 'dive in' sessions are open to anyone interested - this is to engage the wider citizen science community in this endeavour, and give them an opportunity to contribute.
For you, as an observers, reviews and/or panel member, these sessions can offer you an introduction of this first version, and an introduction to the final survey we are launching to get feedback on 1) Clarity & Usability of CitSci Comp, 2) Competencies validation, 3) Are the Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes, Values definitions clear, complete, and appropriately scoped?; Do the 4 levels (Foundational, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert) accurately represent competency progression?; Competency Weighting & Priorities.
We are organising 4 dive in sessions -
Wednesday, 25 March from 16:30 - 17:30 (CET)
Wednesday, 1 April from 12:00 - 13:00 (CET)
Thursday, 9 April from 09:00 - 10:00 (CET)
